This is my first visit to my rheumy since starting Enbrel. Which has helped alot. I told him how good I felt and he said becuase I feel so good and only been on Enbrel for 6 weeks that is going to work well for me. He also said that the Enbrel has not fully worked yet. So that means that I am even going to get even better. I can't beleive it. Sounds good to me. Now I am going to reduce my Methotrexate from 20mg to 15mg for two weeks then down the down to 10mg per week. Reduce the Prednisone from 10mg to 5mg per day. Take my NSAID only when I feel I need it instead of 3 per day. I hope that every thing works out. Have a happy pain free day.
I am so happy that the Enbrel is working for you. I am on Humira and it has totally given me my life back. I feel almost as good as before I was diagnosed with RA. It has enabled me to get off of Prednisone, Methotrexate and Arava, and I very, very rarely take anything for pain these days.
