kenkeith its back the sore throught the slollen glands the coughing only this time it brought mono with it. iwoke up for work this morning and said oh.no not again. so i called dr mike and they never called me back so after i got off work i went to his office and waited very nicly for my turn since i didnt have and appoint ment. my throught is white and red . my heart has had some palpatations and congestion. so he has me off for 2 extra days because i havent slowed down since moms death and my emotions are out of whack. he gae me some tablets to take i /2 twice a day it is duraphen forte. do you know what that is and any side effects to my heart meds.? beleive me i will never go camping again. i got my hospital bill part of my insurance 735.00 is my part. the bill for 3 days was 7350.i am taking the clonipam to be able to sleep and my verapill to take at night /my inderal and celexa for the day time and my hemocyte plus for my iron. every thing sound o.k. except for this new meds. virus i cant get rid of ? you know you are my resedent question answerer. thanks for your time susan kay
Duraphen forte is a cough suppressant, but you have daily cocktail of drugs, and it is almost impossible to know in advance what if any side effects. The doctor is probably relying on feedback from you whether or not there are any side effects for you.
What if any medical problems did you have prior to the recent, unfortunate passing of your mother?
other than the mvp / nothing i had this upperres. thing last year he gave me 2 shots one was selestone and the other was i dont know one in each cheek. but by the time i got home i was feeling much better . the selesstone is very good. for feeling better but this time it didnt even touch it. he said the mono test wast was neg. which is good but now i have started throwig up again he sais on the phone [ well his nurse] said that the meds are doing there job geting up the flem [yuk!]he has upped the meds to 2 times a day insted of once a day. tomorrow i have to go get my lic. renewed because my birthday was yester day and of you dont get them done in 10 days after they charge you a penlety. and then i have to retape up my water leak area under my house the insolation should be dry by then and i have to put the black sheeting under my mobile home [ beleive me i hated cutting it but i had to to let the water out that had gone through the floor to the insolation. so it had to be cut to drain the water then dady fixed my water leak it was coming from under my sons room comode that valve pipe thingy so he fixed it and then turned it off because i dont use that bathroom rusty will be married 5 years dec.1 rst. so i should not have a problem again you know some times being a home owner can be a real ***** [can i say that?] a pain in the neck any way. so to answer your question i was just on my iron and my inderal160 and verapimil180 and my celexa all that i have ever suffered with from time to time was a upp res. infec. thays all but mark my words ask me to go camping again no way from here to dooms day .thata what started this whole mess. thanks foe listening what can i do now ?
kenkeith i forgot to tell you my ears hurt to the insides of them more on the left than on the right will this subside as the duraphen forte does its job because ever since i got sick my ears have been hurting can you tell me? thanks susan kay
hi one more thing he upped the meds to 2 of those tablets [they look like horse pills ] a day in sead i i a day so can i expect more throwing up due to the side effects and it getting rid of the yuk? you know its not my idea of fun thanks for all of your help susan kay
