Lightbulb Is there hope?

I have posted many times on this site and so appreciate all that everyone has said or suggested. So here I go again.....

My new nuero (first appointment) looked into my eyes for what seemed like forever and told me I have a disk in both eyes that is supposed to be clear, but is cloudy. He wants me to see an eye specialist (appointment in June)and wear a portable monitor for four days. He didn't tell me much (which is usual) except this would indicate craniel pressure. Can anyone give me an idea of what that would mean? I have sinusitis, I've looked that up and was really surprised with what all that can cause. Eye problems, seizures, headaches, and so on. How come no one ever looked into that? All they told me was I had sinusitis, nothing to worry about. I had to pick up my records from my old nuero, and was flipping thru them. Found out alot that he didn't tell me. I have large retention cysts, which I found out is pretty common. But isn't that something I should of been told?

Everything just seems to be getting worse. My seizure are getting more frequent, memory loss is not improving, and now I'm having problems with my eyes. I'm so tired, a bone weary tired. I get up and go to work and come home and sleep. My kids don't understand why Mommy is like this. Just that I'm sick. I realize I have no right to complain, things could be so much worse, But come September this will have been going on a year. I am on no meds, because they want to figure out what is wrong before they give me anything. (I had a really bad reaction to Depakote in December)

I'm only 29, yet I feel as though I'm much older. How can seizures just come out of the blue? I wasn't sick when all this began. I was having chest pains (still am) and a month later the seizures began. How can a person just fall apart? I feel like that is what is happening. Seems as though every month I add a new symptom to my list.

I'm not really sure if I asked you guys anything or not, but again thanks for letting me vent. Take care!

Lisa T,
Because you mentioned it started with chest pains I offer this webpage that talks about heart problems that can masquerade as seizures...worth a look...http://www.medtronic.com/reveal/seizures/eval.html#get
Keep writing on the board and thanks for venting.
