Question Disk in eye is cloudy

When I went to the doc last time he checked my eyes and found a disk that is supposed to be clear, mine is cloudy. He told me that could mean intracranial pressure. I've been trying to check this out, but can't remember the name of the disk... anyone happen to know? Or anyone know what this could mean?
