Cramps.......

What could be causing foot cramps everynight ?....... Thanks...... Dee

you could try a couple of things that might help....

drink some tonic water as it has quinine in it...this can help with muscle cramping,

take some calcium supplement one with vit D to help absorb it...

many times cramps are some sort of nutritional deficiency..

I would try getting some potassium. Try eating a bananna.I get charliehorses if I get low on potassium.

Just a question on topic here... is it possible for it to still be a potassium issue if it only happens to ONE foot? I have yet to experience it in my left foot, but in my right, I've had it happen a couple times.
