Has anyone tried Singulair?

Has anyone tried taking Singulair for their LPR? What was your experience with it?

I'm on Singulair for asthma, and it works well, but I don't see how it would help LPR. Granted, I have GERD and know very little about LPR.

my allergy doc said my eosinophils in my GI biopsy were borderline high. eosinophilic esophagitis can cause heartburn and lpr so he wants me to try singulair. are you having any side effects from it?

I used it last summer when I was having a lot of trouble breathing due to alleriges. It worked great - after about 5 months though I started getting severe leg cramps because of it and stopped using it but by then allergy season was over anyway.

Hi am on Singulair for Asthma and Allergies. I am on Prevacid 2x/day for the LPR. I am not sure how the Singulair would help the LPR. I assume your doctor has good reasons for prescribing it though.
