End of DAY 4

well, this is what I was so worried about, making it to this point so I could see what is on the other side. I dont want to worry anymore...lol
I have enough on my plate. I just know that for awhile today when I was at the supermarket I actually felt good w. the help of the L-tyrosine.
Have a question though....why do I feel as if my body has a high fever and my face is flushed? Is this usual ? Too much vitamin B, high blood pressure, "Other stuff" or the withdrawls that I am experiencing? Got any ideas on how to make it stop?

Also, have a very sore throat and my neck is sore all the way around! Suprises me, I dont get "sick" often at all! Maybe it was the temp dropping from 50 degrees to 30 in a matter of hours and then getting out in the rain & cold and running to the mailbox and back?? It sucks, but my husband walked in freezing weather to the corner store to get me some HALLS. (oh well he got himself a 12pack also!)

Glad I am doing this. If I were still taking pills when all this stuff happened, I would actually be WORSE than I am now.

Time to eat, something I havent done much in the last week. I made a roast!!

Amy

I just did a search on flushed face.... and some of the causes listed included NIACIN and some HIGH POTENCY VITAMINS. Didn't you post along the way you are taking Niacin? It may be that that is the culprit.

As far as the sore throat deal... here in New England there has been a virus raging through families and it starts with a sore throat. We have all had it. And everyone of us ended up in a doctor's office. My mom had it twice. her friend developed pneumonia from it. It comes with a cough that takes forever to go away.

Although it was a virus, we all ended up taking antibiotics because of secondary infections. It has been going around these parts since late September. Keep an eye on yourself, okay? your resistance is low right now, so be cautious.

How are you feeling? What's going on with the sore throat? And is the face still flushed.

Just wanting to hear from you. Post when you can.

Hey Amy!

Congrats on day 4! Brrrr it's cold, isn't it? Yes, reach is right. Your resistance will be down right now. Take vitamin c and try to drink a lot of water and rest. Hang in there and way to go!!! :-)

amy girl

God never gives more than we can handle. You are doing great, instead of jumping through hoops, you are building new solid ground to walk on. Keep on..keepin on. You are an inspiration to us all to stop using with all theses adversities around you.
