Question any one use the abslide?

I would like to know if anyone has used the abslide and if so, what do u think about this product. Thanks for your time in advance

On the old health boards there are several posts on the ab slide-about 20-25 down from top (Torso Track and ab-slide) and also the last posts on the page as well, I don't have one or know anyone who does. good luck let me know Elaine

I used the abslide machine and I returned it after a few days. I wouldn't say it was garbage, but it certainly wasn't worth the price to me. After I used it, I didn't feel anything in my stomach as much as in my back or arms, and my rear end was sore too. It does push you to do them though, it offers resistance. But I just couldn't see it working long term at all--the best results I have ever gotten for doing abs is tae-bo, and I'm going to stick with that forever. I don't think you should waste any money on an abslide, but that's just my opinion.

Devices like the ab slide can hurt your back very easily. People who are out of shape should not use them. Even people in good shape stand the chance of injury.
