Question Tae Bo question??

Ok.....

So, I bought these tapes last night. Am I just a freak with absolutely no coordination, or is it normal to not be even a quarter through the introduction video because I'm struggling??? Think I will "get it" eventually if I just keep rewinding the intro video, before I move on? http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/confused.gif I also am seeming to have trouble keeping all those muscles tight, and doing all this stuff at the same time. (You can probally tell I don't exercise much ) Anyway, I assume this gets better?? I'm not really overweight or anything...5'8" 135lbs....I guess I'm just kinda weak. I REALLY want to get toned, and I REALLY need more energy! I am also planning on biking after the weather warms up a tad. Please help if you have any info or suggestions!!

Much love,

-Sapphie

Hi Sapphie,

I don't know if you can get it over there but I hired a video from my local library called the Y PLAN, it is an excellent starter video & will take you through to the advanced stages of exercise. No need for lot's of hand eye feet bum stuff.

Wink

LOL...It will get easier and easier as you use the tapes

It is perfectly acceptable to replay the beginner (or any other part) of the video repeatedly until you feel comfortable in moving to the next level.

Let us know how it goes!

Oh my gosh! I just had to reply to this!!! I couldn't get the coordiation right either! It took me serioulsy like a week or two before i could even get through the tape without rewinding it. It does get easier as you keep doing it though, and wait until you get the tape memorized b/c then you can really punch it out b/c you know what's coming up next.

Stick with it! I lost 15 lbs on just the basic tape.

Good luck!
