Ok.....
So, I bought these tapes last night. Am I just a freak with absolutely no coordination, or is it normal to not be even a quarter through the introduction video because I'm struggling??? Think I will "get it" eventually if I just keep rewinding the intro video, before I move on?

) Anyway, I assume this gets better?? I'm not really overweight or anything...5'8" 135lbs....I guess I'm just kinda weak. I REALLY want to get toned, and I REALLY need more energy! I am also planning on biking after the weather warms up a tad. Please help if you have any info or suggestions!!
