Question Someone tell me about Hydroxicut...

I'm 17, and have been working out for a few years. I have been taking Designer Protein shakes everyday I work out. I don't take the suggested 3 shakes a day, but usually 1 or 2. On the days I do not work out, I usually don't take shakes.I've also started eating Meso-Tech protein bars for lunch, they are really good.
I'm 6'4 about 200 pounds, with not much body fat. I have heard that Hydroxicut is a fat burner. But will it also add more mass and add strength????

Cool

Hydroxicut definately won't help you put on muscle but it shouldn't keep you from doing it. What it will do is help you get rid of some fat so that you can see you muscle. You can gain muscle while using it, Hydroxicut won't stop that from happening but it won't help. If your looking to gain muscle I would have to recomend some form of Creatine.

Hello !

Rowdy is right. Another supplement that you might try is glutamine. It has a similar effect were it adds volume to the muscle. Also if you use glutamine and creatine, dont take them at the same time because they use the same chemical passageway in order to get into the muscle- in other words, they fight each other and you wont get the maximum benifits from the two of them. You also said that your 200lbs and you dont have a lot of body fat. If you are trying to gain more weight, you should up your calories per week by 200. Keep adding calories until you are gaining about a pound a week anymore than that might result in you depositing fat. Aslo the ephedrine in hydroxycut might add intensity to your workout. I dont recomend hydroxycut because the company that sells it is usually full of **** on there claims. I recomend twinlabs ripped fuel. The red label bottle is the one with ephedrine and I find that out of all the ephedra products that ive used, Twinlabs ripped fuel worked the best and it was the cheepest!!

hydroxy cut is a suppliment meant to help one get that extra boost they need for muscle gaining, and also lowers one's fat %. But has only been proven in lab rats and not on humans left. Another good alternative is Xenadrine, but talk to your physcician about ephedrine that is in Xenadrine
