Why are you so against accutane. Do you know anyone that has tried it. Millions of people use it, and they are fine. How long have you had acne? how old are you now?

have you ever thought about fasting? I don't know how bad your acne is, or what you've done, but that worked for me; and I would say i have moderate acne.

Or, you may want to just do a liver cleanse. You can do that with epsom salt, grapefruit juice, and olive oil......... I HAVE NOT DONE THIS YET, so can't say anything about it; but supposedly the liver has a HUGE impact on acne. I'll be doing it in a couple weeks

i did the liver cleanse. It did help my acne, and my digestion was *HUMMIN* smoothly after that. Just beware... the epsom salt stuff you have to drink, oh man... it's straight from the devil lol. It's really nasty.

Yeah, that's what I've heard; not looking forward to it, wondering if it hurt to mix it with some other watered down juice; but haven't seen anything about that anywhere.
