Question Any exercises that are good for slimming down the stomach?

Hi. I am 13 and 160lbs. It does not really show but I still am overweight. I just don't look like 160lbs. Well, Do you know any good exercises that can help me tone up and slim my abs? Please reply to the post Thanks

Ok I just read like 5 posts with your name on it asking 5 different questions. First what is your desired weight? What are your goals? Seems like you are overweight which in fact I can help but at 13 years of age I will need you to make some sacrafices.

Ok well I am 13 years old and weigh 160lbs. In health class I found my ideal weight is 108-116. I am way over weight! I need some exercises and advice.

Well I'm not going to tell you to hit the weights considering your age but you can do cardio and eat right to make a difference. Try to do cardio four times a week at 30 minutes. You are in school so your best bet would be after. Cut out all your fats and sugars. You got to start eating every 3 hours to get your metabolism going. Have very small meals. Here are the foods to eat: skim milk, fruits/vegtables, egg whites, fish, red meat, chicken, etc.... Seeing as your only 13 you are proabably lost with all this info but that's the best I can put it. You might want to actually talk to your doctor.

do at least 50 stomach crunches everyday.
