Question How to Lose my Butt...

I am a young male who is extremely active and fit. I workout around 5-6 times a week and do cardio at least 3 times a week. My problem is this...no matter what I do I cannot seem to get my butt any smaller. I have a small waist, but my butt is huge. Can someone please give me some insight into how I can scale down my rear?

Exercise will only go so far. You have to adjust your eating habits also. Cut way back on the carbohydrates that you are eating to lose that extra fat. Cut way back on sugar (soft drinks, fruit juice, candy, etc.) and starch (bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, corn, etc.). Eat plenty of lean protein (helps maintain muscle mass) and non-starchy vegetables (provides fiber, minerals, and vitamins). Choose whole natural foods over pre-packaged and processed foods which tend to be loaded with sugars, starches, and unhealthy fats (partially hydrogenated vegetable oils). Alan S.

im assuming by " big" u mean that u have a flabby butt, if u did heavy squats twice a week it could help your butt look more firm over time, plus squat is a great cardio

If your butt is large due to muscle you should cut back on the amount of butt work you are doing. Add another day of cardio but not on the stair stepper as this helps to build legs and butt muscles. If your butt is fat, cardio will burn fat better so long as your intensity is not up past 75% of your maximum.
Good luck!
