Would like input on what you all are taking for anx/dep.

Would like to hear from you all as to what you might be taking for anx/dep.
that is helping you and well-tolerated.

Re: Would like input on what you all are taking for anx/dep.

i took zoloft last year and that was good tho it made me a bit numb. i don't take anything now, but i take a lot of supplements - calcium/magnesium, vitamin B complex, vitamin C, zinc, fish oil. and I have one xanax tablet in my bag in case of emergencies!!! it's like my lifebelt.

Alliejazz

Thanks for replying. I haven't tried Welbutrin yet. Tried Lexapro, Paxil,
Zoloft and next will be Effexor. They either made me anxious or upset my
stomach. I'm really getting concerned which of course is just making me
more anxious.
Thanks for your input.

I took Zoloft too and it started off real well. It really seemed to help with
the anxiety but then my stomach got upset from it. I do take all the
supplements you mentioned also, but they aren't doing the trick. Thanks
so much for your input.

Re: Would like input on what you all are taking for anx/dep.

Thank you alliejazz for your words of encouragement. I admit I am getting
discouraged, seems like we tried so many already and they either gave me
anxiety or upset my stomach. Then I get into the "what ifs" and I know
that is not good. I'm an active person and this is all just really getting me
down, but I will keep working at it!
Thanks again,
Jodianne
