Unhappy many symptoms relating to learning, reading, and processing information

ok so here is my situation. when i go to class, i have a hard time paying attention. for example when the teacher starts talking, i automatically start to fade and space out. i can't concentrate. i try really hard. my mind will just go completely blank. also when i read, ill read a paragraph for example, then look up and not even know what it was that i just read. i cant remember any information. i also have to keep reading the sentences over and over and over until i can somewhat understand what it is that im reading. what kinds of drugs should i look into taking? would anti depressants work by increasing serotonin? or do i need something like adderall? PLEASE SOMEONE HELP. ITS VERY FRUSTRATING!!!
