Very high estrogen - Need guidance

I had my hormones tested and the following is what I was told:

FSH: 3.5
Estrogen is 862. The nurse told me that they like this number to be 50 and under. Mine is 862!

I have had severe brain fog (feeling of being in a dream)the past year and i have gained almost 50 pounds in the past few months. Could the above be the reason why.

The nurse told me that her and the doctor would get back to me. They want to discuss my numbers with another doctor.

i am frightened now.

Any advise?

Ask your doctor to explain. It depends on the day of your female cycle as to how much estrogen you will have.

Males usually have from 10 to 54 as the range for E2. I have to take Arimidex to get mine below 50
