Allergies and fatigue

Why do allergies wipe you out and make you feel so tired and runned down?
I have no energy! Just want to sit in my chair.

Re: Allergies and fatigue

it makes sense, because your body thinks you basically have a cold, and since you are sick (ie have allergies), your body works harder to fight it. allergies affects people in many ways: fatigue, depression, memory loss, sleep disorders, ETC.

when you don't have allergies anymore, i gaurantee you will feel lots different, like a new person!

when you don't have allergies anymore, ha, lol maybe when you have your allergies under control, but most people are not so lucky to just wait for that day when they don't have them anymore.
