Hello Desert
No, Honey, I don't think that is enough tablets to taper off. I guess it is enough to stop the withdrawal symptoms for a half hour or so but that is probably the extent of help that amount of tablets will provide. A tablet of magnesium in the AM and one in the PM for now will help ease the leg symptoms. Or quinine. Both can be gotten at a drugstore as both are very common supplements. Do not take massive amounts of them! Take them as noted on the bottle with only a slight increse if need.
Desert, life does get back to normal patterns, but thinking does change after this experience. So while life is in normal patterns, it becomes enhanced, more quality enriched patterns. A timeline? realistically I would say probably close to a year. At least in my estimation from my own experiences. It takes time for old thoughts to be replaced by new ones and the thoughts are what controls our actions. We make new habits in our actions by practical application, by practice. So as we fight the pain in our bodies and brains, we continuosly get better and better. This does not mean that you will be in physical and emotional agony for a year, but rather that the year represents a timeline to totally feeling what we desire to feel. And somewhere along the year, we come to understand how much better our renewed life is than the old version.
Talk with your doctor truthfully, Desert. He can only help you in the very best way with the full truth. And no one wants you to be helped in anything less than the very best way.
Peace
