Just got the book - more so for a detox, rather than a diet (although dropping a few lbs will be a bonus) - I think I am going to start with the 7 day detox first.

Has anyone tried it?

No, but you have to make your drinks with a juicer - so, it's either buy the mixes (which are available at Whole Foods and similar stores) or, buy all the veggies and fruits and juice it.

I started today - starting with the 7 day detox - we'll see how it goes.
