Re: How can you naturally flush out excess estrogen?

Hi

I'm not sure if you can just flush excess estrogen out of the body. I think estrogen can be harmful if it doesn't have enough progesterone to keep it balanced. In addition, our environment if full of xenoestrogens (chemicals that mimic estrogen). You can try to eliminate those by not using anything on your skin with parabens in them. This includes shampoo, soap, makeup, hand lotion, body lotion and toothpaste. Since these are absorbed directly through the skin the whole dose is absorbed by the body. Things that we ingest are filtered through the liver. Also, no caffeine, tea, or colas. Caffeine increases estradiol levels.

In addition to Dim, you could also take Brevail. They have a website. I could go on and on but this should keep you busy.

Good Luck

Arimidex is one way, but it is expensive.

There was a girl on the internet named Susan that had a solution but I can't remember the site.
