It's a joke around here that I will put something down and it disappears. My cigarette case is the one most often lost. I smoke, and have several cigarettes lit at once occasionally. The worst thing I've done, and the most expensive is when I was running me some bath water, and just went in another room, got busy doing something else, and flooded the bathroom. I've done this twice. The last time was the worst. Water ran down in the heat vent and was so heavy it pulled the pipes apart under the house. I rarely run water any more, and if I do, I will not walk out of the room. I have left something cooking on the stove, get distracted and only remember when the smoke alarms go off. It is scary but I just can't think sometimes. I get distracted real easily. My family watch me pretty closely now, but I still worry I'll set the house on fire or flood it. Don't feel bad, I'm about as "foggy" as it gets! Luv ya! Linda D

I have not experienced too much of this "fog" yet, however, if they continue to add new medication I may soon

Hi all, Have any of you been driving and all of a sudden you have no clue or recognition of where you are? My doctor said that must be very scarry; what do you do? I said well I'm am driving so I must know where I'm going. I just drive on and usually in several seconds it comes to me out of the fog. I also have these spells where I feel like I'm going to pass out, I don't, But I have a tunneling effect. My old doctor said "Let's hope it doesn't happen with a car full of kids while your on the expree way going around a turn." Then laughed. What an idiot, now that scared me! It could happen and I need a new doctor. Keys, if mine weren't in the front door I'd never find them. I can't remember who I'm answering on the board most of the time. I'm terrible it's like I blanked out. Same thing when I leave the room for something; what something? Write it down I was told, great, but I forget to read the, blooody thing. I forget doctors apts. and there on the calander right in front of me. Sometimes I feel like my mind is going to just go and stay gone. Now my new doctor says I have sleep problems. What an understatement, don't we all! But, he's the first to order a sleep study day and night. I had to retire I was starting to forget too much and didn't want anyone at work to think I was loosing my mind. I took a job as a crossing guard. Ha, going from a V.P. to a crossing guard, well I loved it. I was posted at my 3 younger kids school. Who would have thought 5 years of collage and summers to. Now I'm at home with a 2 year old and even though I'm exhausted and I am having the best time. Sorry to give such a long on. Take good care all, Kim
