I've had this problem where I get bumps on my forehead and sometimes on the sides of my face. They are flesh colored and don't get red. If I squeeze them, clear liquid comes out.
It seems to be worse when I sweat and when it's hot out.
Is there anything I can do about this? I've tried retin-a, differin, antibiotics, tazorac, finacea, etc. and nothing works. The only thing that helps is accutane but then my lips get chapped and it's expensive too.
If those kind of medications work then it sounds like acne but from the physical description of your skin it sounds a bit allergic. Maybe ask your doctor to be tested for allergies, but also maybe try cutting out all the face washes, moisturisers you're using!!! If it worsens when you sweat etc maybe try to drink lots of water to keep hydrated and shower twice a day. I'm no doctor but if no puss (often associated with spots come out) then maybe it is allergic.
