anti-nordette?

i've been taking nordette for about the last 5 months now. at the beginning it cleared up my skin (mostly hormonal acne around the chin and jawline), but as the months went on the pimples came back and got increasingly worse and stubborn..they wouldn't go away! not only was my skin getting messed up but my appetite was INSANE! i've never been someone who eats very much, but while on nordette i was RAVENOUS! i could eat 3 bagels and 30 minutes later be so hungry that my stomach would growl and i would get ridiculously dizzying headaches. i got so frustrated with these disruptions that i just stopped taking the pill 3 days ago. stupid to stop in the middle of a pack, i know, but already my skin has cleared up tenfold and i have a NORMAL appetite. HOWEVER i've started my period early and the painful cramping has come back.

so basically what i was wondering was if anyone else had bad experiences on nordette and if they found a better pill that works for them...especially in regards to clearing up hormonal acne and stopping cramping. i searched past topics but it seems like everyone loves nordette thanks for any help!
