Re: Can anyone suggest a good cream for facial wrinkles?

I am now using under eye gel strips every night. DHC skincare care sells them on the internet. In fact even if I take a nap during the day, I apply these under eye strips first. These strips start at the corner of under your eye and extend to where the crow lines begin . After 3 months of using them the wrinkles are barely visible. They are infused with olive oil and are really soothing. I had lines under my eyes that were begining to look like the road to china. I can not believe the difference! These eye strips prevent your skin from folding while you sleep and from getting all puffy around your eyes. For my forehead, I gave up all those expensive creams and decided to use first aid tape, yes, that's what I said! It does flatten out the deep lines and it is amazing. DHC also has strips for your neck and upper lip. I was using the neck strips for my forehead, but ran out of them. They do get expensive. But I dont care if I go broke buying the under eye strips, I'll never stop using them. Here's another tip, try not to sleep on your side as hard as that is not to. That is what causes the vertical line between your eyes when you get older. Take a mirror and lie down and see for yourself what happens to your skin in different positions. Try to sleep on your back.I just bought a swedish neck pillow (got the knock off version at walmart, same material, and design) which has helped get rid of the lines on the side of my face. Im still trying to sleep on my back, trying! I hope this helps, it works for me, and Im 50 yrs old and I've used everything there is on the market, and it came down to this.

I did not know that was what created the vertical line next to my eyebrow. Interesting concept.
I definatly have that one vertical line (just one), next to my right eyebrow. I do sleep on my left side.

However until I had back problems I was a life-long tummy-sleeper. Always slept on my tummy. Even as a baby. My mother has stories about how she kept turning me over and I'd flip right back on my tummy to sleep. Really frustered my Mom cuz she was afraid I'd smother myself.
A few years ago, In my late 50's back pain forced me to change that to sleeping on my side.

Sometimes I sleep on my back, but not very often since my osteoarthritis and osteoporosis doesn't always appreciate it.
I have to sleep with pillows like the knee contour pillow between my knees. Skeletal line-up while sleeping is very important to the amount of lower back pain a person with osteoarthritis and osteoporosis has in the morning.

My aunt told me about this and she is well into her 60's and looks great! I just put a very thick layer on before bed. I have lots of friends that use expensive creams, and they still have wrinkles. I prefer my "$2" petroleum jelly~
Did you have any lines before you started using vaseline? or are you using it more for prevention? Thanks.
