Exclamation heartburn followed by left arm pain! what happened to me?

Hi. I am a 26 year old female. I take Lisinopril and Adalat for high blood pressure and I was recently diagnosed with having a "coarctation of the aorta" (10%).

Two night ago about 10:30pm I started having what seemed to me like severe heartburn/indigestion... I get that a lot, but this night seemed to be a little worse than usual. Eventually the pain in my chest and back stopped, but then about 12am my left arm started hurting. From my shoulder down to my hand! I went home and went to bed. When I woke the pain was still there. Not tingeing or numbness really.... just a dull pain that wouldn't go away. That night I checked my blood pressure at my local pharmacy where they have a machine. It was 155/97 (high, but not extreme for me... before I was on medication my BP average was 160/110.)

I went to my GP first thing the next morning (yesterday) and they checked my BP which was 120/80 and did an EKG which he said looked fine.

He gave me a prescription for Naproxen and said he would review my medical history with my cardiologist information provided to him and I was to follow-up Wednesday morning.

I slept the rest of yesterday all the way through the night. My arm does not hurt this morning.

What happened to me????????????? Could it have been a stroke? Or would that have been determined with the EKG????

PLEASE HELP ME! I'M SO CONFUSED.
