Re: little pimples some with white head/maybe keratosis pilaris?

Yes, it's likely KP. Have had it my whole life - I'm 31. There are options, and different things work for different people. Lots of people have luck with LacHydrin or Amlactin. I, however, have not. This is what has worked for me: because KP is a dry skin problem, yet there's clogged follicles, it has to be treated as both acne-prone AND dry skin. I use Neutrogena Body Clear scrub, and I apply it to the KP with a Buff Puff EVERY time I shower. Then, I follow with an oil-based body wash, such as Dove with Body Oil. I put on a hydrating, but non-irritating lotion such as Lubriderm following my shower. Then, before I go to bed, I either slather on some Retin-A or I apply and acne treatment gel to areas that need more help than others. It took about two months before I saw a noticeable improvement, but it continues to get better. Also, sun exposure helps it too, just make sure you're using sunscreen. KP is better than cancer!
Good luck!
