severe pain in lower abdomen

i have been having severe pain in my lower abdomen and have drastic changes in my bowel movements. i go 4 days a week without a bowel movement and when i do have one it cause me extreme pain i get nauseate and short of breath could anyone give me advice on what it could e.

There are many things. I would try an over the counter stool softener and try to get more regular. Miralax works well, so does Colace. Also, make an appt. with a GI specialist. Have your doctor refer you. Unfortunately while rare, this can signal something serious, so get it checked out! Good Luck!
