ITCHY RASH eVeRyWhErE HELP!!!!!!!!!

I have had an itchy rash now, on and off for 7 months, it all started on arms, it looks like little red dots everywhere and itches until I want to vomit, it then went to my legs, arms, and now a little bit on my back.

I have been to the doctor, er, no lie, about 30 different times, they have all given me different answers and when trying to make an appointment with a dermatologist, they are scheduled out until January.

My skin is clear and I suddenly get the urge to itch and then the rash appears, I am itching so bad at times that I am causing myself to bleed. Then it will scab over and go away for a few days and reappear, but I havent been rash free in almost 7 months.

The doctors have told me it could be contact dermatitis, atopic dermatitis, allergy, I've used creams, steroids, and take allergy pills regularily to help with the itching. The only thing that works is the allergy pills but for only a short time and within 12 hours I am back to itching. It doesnt effect my face, hands or feet, the doctors have said its not scabies, or anything like that. I am really scared, and its depressing me.....

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hi, i know how you feel i have the same problem nothing helps you can try every cream and potion out there ive been itchy for 3 years one dr perscribed me hydroxazine it does work i think its a allergy+sleeping aid try useing ice i sleep with ice packs on my arms every night. buy the soft ones so they dont bother you. my arms are soooooooo itchy i cant sleep i also have 2 kids to take care of and i get very cranky good luck! defenitly try the ice.

Take 10mg loratadine EVERY day to try and supress the reaction... 25-50mg diphenhydramine when the itch is severe.

Aveno baths are great for cooling and releiving itchingl

Have you got it between your fingers? Could be scabies... We had them and it was MADDENING!

Thanks to everyone that commented, I definetley will try the ice!
