Unhappy PF (heel spurs)

From what I've been reading, it sunds like this doesn'r really go away (???) I am newly diagnosed. I'm a runner and don't want to stop running. It hurts when I first start running, then after awhile it goes away. But will it go away for good???

Hi, I've known more people for whom it's gone away than not. Stretching exercises go a long way and for some orthotics and/or inserts also work. For everyone I've know though it's been at least a 6 month ordeal and for some up to 2 years. Good luck with it and keep stretching.
