Nexium/Prilosec Headaches

I have serious GERD and need to take medication for it, both Prilosec and Nexium (which I have onhand) work great for the reflux, but the headaches I get are intolerable! Almost like a migraine. Has anyone had success with taking these at night?? I thought I would try it as I take Ambien to sleep, so I shouldn't experience the headache (I hope). I'm concerned that the medication would wear off during the day the next day and it would be counterproductive. Thanks!
