im 15 and have had high blood pressure for 3yrs....

hi...im 15yrs old and i have had high bp when i was dietnosed ( how ever u spell that) with high bp it scared me b/c i was only 13 and i was over weight and i was kinda active i play softball and tried to loose my weight and just cant seem to do it!
when i play softball in the spring i get hot and when i get hot my bp gose really high!
i stated highschool this yr and i am in the marching band and when we march and i get hot my bp gose up and i get shacky and i get a red rash on my chest!the 1st football game that we marched i had to go to the emerncecy unit to have my bp checked!
also when i am at home it takes spells where it gose up and i can tell it because i cant control my temper with my bro and that makes it go up also!!

Drink jucies that contain potassium... Eat foods high in potassium and magnesium.

What medications are you on to control your blood pressure? It's possible that they're not working well enough.

Also, were any tests done to determine what is causing your high blood pressure?
