Post Device to lower BP

Has anyone heard of the device which helps to lower your BP by slowing your breathing rate? It was approved by the FDA this summer. I just read about it yesterday in our newspaper. I think it's based on the same premises as meditation/yoga. I don't think it would work for people with definite physical causes of HBP, but for others I think it could work. Just wondering if anyone has heard of it or tried it.
