Post High and Normal inconsistent results

Hi everyone. I am new here. I hope I can get some answers while I am visiting. My problem is something that I've been researching and talking to professionals about over the last few days and not finding any answers.
My BP has gone from being just a bit below normal on a regular basis to 170/110 on Saturday, 140/80 on Sunday, and 166/87 yesterday. It's apparently shifting from normal to high constantly. I'm monitoring it regularly for the next few days to see if this is something thats going to be regular. Has anyone had this problem?
I exercise regularly, 2 hours a day and eat really well. I am overweight but have lost over 80 lbs over the last two years. I do not have a high sodium diet nor am I overly stressed out. I do work a lot but that is something I have done for some time.
I have been having severe headaches for which I have been tested for with a CAT scan, xrays, bloodwork, etc. They have found nothing. They can literally knock me out for a full 24 to 48 hours at a time. I've even gotten glasses and they have yet to help. I'm only 33 and I'm actually quite concerned that something is seriously wrong. Does anyone have any advice for me.

Please go in and have this checked as soon as you can. I don't mean to unnerve you but it's important to take care of this.

I think it's pretty normal to have readings vary (at least mine always have). I went for over three years convincing myself that because sometimes my readings were normal that things were ok. But I finally went in and sure enough I was diagnosed with hypertension. I just started medication and my numbers are already much better.

Please don't take this lightly! By the way I'm only 31 so I know exactly how you feel. It could be hereditary and it may need to be controlled with medication. So the first step is to make an appointment as soon as you can. Best of luck!

Ises- Please take your bp at home a few times per day, when you first wake up, mid day and evening. RECORD these readings! Take them to the doctor with you! High Blood Pressure cannot be diagnosed with a few readings here and there. Home monitoring is very important! Headaches Can be caused by hbp. I get them every time I forget to take my meds. I am 36 and have had hbp for close to 10 years now. It is a really "stupid" thing to have, but it happens and MUST be diagnosed and treated accordingly. It really can mess you up if you don't take care of it. Pills for the rest of your life are not fun, but it is better than the alternative. Please monitor it yourself, record the results and share with your doc. Best of luck to you!!

Isis

Is there something in your home environment that is causing the high BP?Maybe you can sort that out and it will go away. Don't take drugs unless it's the last resort after stress relief, healthy lifestyle, diet, exercise curbing alcohol and quitting smoking don't help.

Good luck
