Your systolic reading (top) was not too bad, and your diastolic (bottom) was only borderline high. Your pulse rate, however, was certainly higher than it should be.
If you've been having panic attacks, that could certainly affect your blood pressure. Have you seen a doctor regarding the panic attacks? Treating the panic attacks may reduce your blood pressure and pulse. You may need to see either a psychiatrist or a psychopharmacologist. This doesn't mean your "nuts"...it may simply mean that you have a chemical imbalance in your system which is causing this to happen. Appropriate medication can help alleviate the symptoms.
