Post blood pressure reading, do i need meds?

my average bp last few months has been 137/92. do i need meds for this, im considered borderline high so i dont know what the cut off is, any help would be great

my doctor says any readings over 140/90 is high and I was put on medication after I had the higher reading three months in a row. I hope you're talking to a doctor.

hey ya 140/90 is the cutoff. if constantly higher then maybe you should get some meds to lower the bp. try eating good and excercising regularly to lower your blood pressure ok
