Many medications for high blood pressure can cause erectile disfunction. My suggestion would be to discuss this with your doctor and ask if there are other medications you can try.
You may need to go through quite a bit of trial and error to find a blood pressure medciation that controls your BP while not causing erectile problems, but it should be possible to accomplish this eventually.
Also, I would ask your doctor to check out anything else that could be causing this. I don't believe it's common to have the problem develop after two years on a medication. Usually, it's obvious fairly quickly if the medication is causing a problem.
