You're blood pressure fine. I'm on bp medication and my doctor told me to inform him if my blood pressure my blood pressure went over 135/85. That's consevative. The others were concerned if it goes over 140/90. It has to be over that for 3 months before they get concerned and put you on medication. If you are concerned get a blood pressure monitor and mesure it once a week. Be sure to take it in to your doctor to make sure it's working correctly. My blood pressure goes up every time I go to the doctor, white coat sydrome. Mine measures the pulse too but I never pay attention to it.

bp readings are lower in the morning when you wake up. that's why when you come home at night it is higher because you've been awake all day dealing with stress. make sure you monitor your blood pressure and take medication if it gets high. undiagnosed hypertension kills. my bf mother just died from undiagnosed hypertension. it was all avoidable. first she had a cerebral hemmorhage then a massive stroke. her dumb doctor didn't give her medicine and look what happened.
