please help.....had biospy and now have follow up letter

please help so scared. i went in and had my hysteroscopy and biospy done 2 weeks ago,the gyne said all looked fine down there and did'nt expect to find anything from the biospy,but now i've just had letter in post for follow up appointment on jan 2nd and i am so scared it's cancer, he said everything else looked fine so what else could it be? i am going out of my mind as i thought everything was fine.

I had an endo biopsy and was called in for an appt 1 week later. They wanted to try to fit me in the next day to discuss the results but couldn't so had to wait 3 days. I was so scared it was cancer. Otherwise why else call me in? The doctor wanted me to come in to start me on Prometrium (Progesterone) because the biopsy showed I wasn't ovulating and so she needed to give me a prescription! So it was nothing to be worried about at all.
