Post should I be concerned

When I take me blood pressure while relaxing at home it's around 115/75. However when I take it while at work(I work in a pharmacy and we have a bp measuring device there) it's never less than 145/90. Also, when I'm off work and go to the local "everything sold here" store which also has a pharmacy it's at least 145/90. Do I have high blood pressure? Do I need medicines? It is obvious that except when I am in the comforts of my own home, my bp is high. Is this just a normal function that I shouldnt worry about? Thanks for any answers given.

I think it warrants getting a professional BP monitor and getting several readings thoughout the day for several days and then see what the results are. As it stands now it seems high but you cannot tell for sure until you do the test...Good luck, Lisa
