so i have been on aviane for a year and i have been pretty good about not missing pills. how do you really know if it's effective without actually learning the hard way? (unprotected sex with ejaculation)
one clue i have had is my periods start on the same time on the same day every month now, and when i forgot to take the last pill my period started a day early, so i am assuming that means it's effective, i am just very, very paranoid.
does vitamin c really compromise the effectiveness of the pill?
and my last question is, i took my pill tonight a shortly after, since i am sick, i drank A LOT of water, did my pill get flushed out? is that even possible? should i take another one?
