is this BC right for me?

i am on the BC 'tilia' and i wanted to go on it for regularity, less cramping, shorter period, lighter period, and perhaps for slightly larger breasts. however, my birthcontrol doesnt do much for any of these except the volume of bloodflow from my period which is slightly lighter. i still experience painful cramping, long period duration, and same breast size. in addition, i have noticed that on the 4th week, when i start the brown pills, my period doesnt always start the same day, sometimes it is the first, second, or third day. is this all normal? should i go on a different pill?

Re: is this BC right for me?

i was on a good BC pill and when i started my inactive pills, my peroid never started until the 3rd day of them. its just your cycle and it was all good for me for a couple years! But, my pills DID let me have a lighter and less painful period...not sure about the bigger boob theory... the pills i was on were low ovral dos. maybe look into that or ask your Doc about that name they were good for me. good luck

How long have you been on it? You're supposed to give your body at least 3 months to get used to being on that particular pill before giving up.

Also, as for the shorter, lighter periods, that's something that never happened for me when I used to be on the pill. I tried a ton of different brands and none of them had any effect on it.
