Can all this truly be anxiety? The mind is such a powerful thing.....

Well I had my thyroid tested, cholesterol, electro cardiogram, even tested for STD's to be on the safe side, and the only conclusion is that I have high blood pressure 135/75-80 which i take 5 mg of norvasc for, and 5mg of paxil (half of a 10mg pill) for what appears to be pretty bad anxiety. The thing I just don't understand is that while exercising and doing weight lifting that involves standing or kneeling I become light headed (could it be the meds?) In addition when i come home my heart is still beating very fast, is it possible while I am very strong, endurance wise I am out of shape? Its a possibility any opinions?

You should probably ask your doctor about this, but why don't you lift your weights from a weight bench? Maybe that would put less strain on you.
You should keep your doctor informed of things like this...maybe your medication needs to be "tweaked," or changed.

Im wondering if it needs to be increased or decreased or what, I notice i get alot of upper respiritory infections it could be the forced air heating system in my house, i try to keep the window open, but maybe once or twice a year i wake up unable to breath or catch my breath, and my mouth is completely dry. When I keep the window open this tends to help alot.

Have you thought of a vaporizer, or small humidifier, too?
Especially at night, I use one. It makes a big difference in my breathing & allergies.
