anyone ever gget cramp in their head?

hi, few days ago i had a very mild migrane cross tension headache, behind my eye felt stabbing pains behind my eye and righ hand side of head..

This morning i awoke and i had a cramp in the right hand side of my head, and when i moved my right eye quickly on purpose there was a stabbing pain behind my eye and the cramp got worse.. then i shook my head and it went.. nothing since just the odd stress ach..

I had an mri in march this yr and i also had a eeg done 2 weeks ago... anyone know what this could be, the stabbing pain behind my eye always there when i get any sort of headache.. and the crampy feeling isnt severe always, but its there when i think about it and it is between my righ ear and my righ eye that bone.. and also down the right hand side of my face a little tingle.. what with my anxiety i am abit obsessed and as soon as i meet someone with the same prob i will be fine.. any one relate thankyou
