Post New Years Headache, Tylenol 3 Failed, Open To Suggestions

I'll just cut to the chase. My night is a wreck, I've got a splitting headache that is making me dizzy when I attempt to walk, and I knew I might get a worthwhile suggestion from this site. I tried a Tylenol 3 but it had no effect. Any home remedies or prescription drugs you would encourage?

If it is alcohol related, which I assume it might be as it is at New Year, then I would suggest the homeopathic remedy Nux Vomica. Let this dissolve under your tongue and take one every 10 mins stopping after three tabs. You can then take them at half to hourly intervals if you symptoms have improved generally. If they have not improved, then stop, as you probably need another remedy.

If it is a migraine type headache with throbbing and pulsating in either of your temples or both, then Belladonna is a very good remedy to try. This can be obtained from healthfood stores and you can take it in a 6 or 30c potency.
