Cool Head Tingling (Pins and Needles)

In September 2002, I suffered a head and neck injuery where I dove into the sharp corner of a window sill. Ever since then I have had headaches, dizziness, fatigue, sleep problems, and tingling. Last week I was walking and my head started to tingle (pins and needles) like when your leg falls asleep. The tingling started at the top of my head and proceed to my face and nose. Does anyone have any ideas what can cause this and what type of doctor is best to see for this, an Orthopedist, a Neurologist, or another type? Thanks, BigTex
