Exclamation migraines

i've had atleast one migraine a month for about seven years. Recently I've been taking Carbolizer to lose a few extra pounds. Two days ago I woke up with a normal migraine. I went ahead and took my morning vitamins (including Carbolizer) expecting to throw everything up. I was amazed! The migraine went away. This has never happened. I figure it has to be something in the Carbolizer, but what? Which one killed the Migraine? Anybody know?
