The neurologist looked at my MRI film and felt that it was normal (except for straightening of the cervical spine which he attributes to muscle spasms). He presribed me Topomax for my headaches. Have you tried Topomax? If so, was it effective? However, I do not remember exactly what he said about the tingling (with my head hurting I tend to not concentrate as well as before). I see him again in two weeks on the 27th of Jan and I will ask him again about the tingling. He is also sending me for testing of my inner ear to see if it was damaged in my accident, which could be a reason for my dizziness.
Furthermore, since "SuperSarah" had great results with accupuncture I asked him to refer me to an accupuncturist. Even though I do not believe in the philosophy aspects of accupuncture, I am now to the point that I will try anything. I will let you know how that works out.
