Question Swollen and sunken area in crown of head, also headache

About 3 nights ago I noticed a sunken type area in the crown of my head. On either side of the sunken area are swollen type areas. My head hurts in the back when I lie on my pillow to sleep. My entire head and forehead hurts too, the back of my neck and down my spine aches too. I woke up in the night about a week ago and got up to use the bathroom. As soon as I got out of bed I began to almost fall to my right, as I was extremely dizzy, the dizziness continued for most of the day. This all feels sinus related and I will be seeing my doctor Tuesday of this week. If anyone has had this type thing happen, I'd sure like to know about it. I know that we have sinuses throughout our heads and I wonder if I could have a blockage? I have drainage in my throat, which is nothing new, I have this symptom summer through winter. And other than the "sinus feeling" headaches, I really have no other symptoms of sinusitis. I do have a very bad tooth, upper left molar that may be causing some of the problems I guess... I dunno, maybe someone can relate....
