i get this all the time...usually it lasts for about 3-5 days. my special remedy? i wake up, heat up a microwave hot pack, take 4 or 5 advil with an aspirin...and i get relief in about 20 minutes...works 99% of the time...good luck!

Talking

When I get this problem I go visit my Chiropractor. He makes an adjustment to my back and neck. After a few visits I feel much better. He also told me to use moist heat. Stand in the HOT shower for 5 - 10 min. and relax. I helps!
