Shown below, I sent Dr. Qu Qiang an e-mail. Stating that I was aware of an online acquaintence of mine that actually went to Jinan, China. And couldn't find his treatment center. This is what Dr. Qu Qiang had to say in response. Bear in mind, that English isn't his main language or forte.

I am very disappoited that you had arrived Ji-Nan but you not find my Center. Because my center (hospital to treat deafness ) is
very famouse in my city ,almost people who live in Ji-Nan ,except some foolish mam. If you next time go to my Center, I must give you a state inviting Letter,you take it can easily get the visa to China in China embassy in your country,then you tell me the areline and date, I must ti meet you in Jn-Nan airport then we together go to my center .
